Responsible for developing, customizing, and integrating Oracle HCM applications. Works closely with functional teams to deliver technical solutions that meet business requirements.
Skills Required
Technical: Expertise in HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, REST & SOAP APIs, PaaS extensions, and Integrations (OIC/SOA).
Functional: Basic understanding of Oracle HCM business processes.
Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, documentation, collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency Levels
Advanced technical skills, foundational functional understanding.
