Description
Responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules. The role involves gathering business requirements, translating them into functional solutions, conducting workshops, and ensuring smooth adoption of HCM systems.
Specialist in one or more of the following modules: Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Goals, Learning, Talent Review, Workforce Modelling, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time & Labor, and HR Helpdesk.
Skills Required
Functional: In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, configuration, and business process design.
Technical: Basic SQL for reporting and troubleshooting, familiarity with HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, requirements gathering, client-facing presentation skills, and problem-solving ability.
